C&B Management:
- Attendance Control:
• Leaves: Allocate, monthly control, and encashment for their unused leaves upon termination;
• Overtime: submit BOD for approval and convert OT hours into Paid Leaves. Control max OT per month/year;
• Timesheet: Cross- check attendance data exported from FP devices and from Odoo to prepare a monthly summary;
- Payrolls:
• Go to the bank to process the salary/fee payment.
• Send Payslips to employees and answer questions;
• Prepare monthly salary sheets;
• Remuneration of freelancers: prepare Service Acceptance Forms for signing
- Bonus, Award & Allowances:
• Bonus of Incentive (Buddy, Entry test, Attractive): calculate and payment
• Prepare written HR Decisions on bonuses, and awards.
• Bonus of Mission, Welcome, Spot, Dedication,… : calculate and payment
• OKR/KPI: Sum- up, calculate and pay quarterly KPI Bonus;
• Award of Long Service and other Awards: calculate and payment;
• Allowance of Flexi, Travel bank: calculate and payment.
- Conduct annual and semi- annual employee evaluations
• Sum up data of evaluation, ask for BoD’s approval;
• Support HRM to prepare documents for unscheduled salary review, unsual increase.
- Compulsory Insurance:
• Reconcile C12 Insurance data and prepare payment sheet
• Submit monthly changes (salary, on/off,…)
• Submit and track income compensation results for sickness, maternity
• Handover SI book and answer about SI
• Collect employee’s info for Ins. registration
PIT Obligation and Company Union:
• Instruct employee to prepare documents and register Dependants&039; PIT Code.
• Submit yearly PIT finalization and do PIT return;
• Register & update Employee’s PIT code;
• Support expats to do their PIT return;
• Issue Certificate of PIT withholding & Income;
• Submit monthly PIT report and payment;
HR Planning & Contract Management:
• Prepare Contracts/Annexes based on the approved templates and agreements with employees/ freelancers/ interns/ etc;
• Prepare PAF- 2 to calculate new salary and allowance.
• Support HRM to collaborate with internal stakeholders to build KPI/OKR & Career Development.
• Prepare written HR Decisions and Announcements (C&B, termination, non- renewal)
• Calculate LUC monthly and update it on Odoo;
• Update Yearly Salary Benchmarking and support HRM to build- up Structure of Salary & Allowances
• Issue and Register Company regulations with Labor Dept;
• Support HRM to collect data for HR Report Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly;
Other tasks from Line Manager:
• Store HR documents and hardcopies in the folder/ cabinet.
• Support other indoor activities (Speak Out, Year- end Party, X- mas, innovation contest, other events…);
• Employee wellbeing: for wedding, funeral, giving a birth, school fee, accommodation, etc.
• Support outdoor activities (sports, team building,..).
