Senior Finance and Accounting Associate

Key Responsibilities

Following up for billing and recording the service charge, payment on behalf with other entities in the group
Manage the outstanding AP balance and aging.
Prepare the expense reports by function
In charge of overhead expenses.
Analyze and comment for the fluctuation between actual expenses and budget by function.
Corporate with tax team/ legal team in the matter related to taxes, contracts, customs
Assist with month- end activities & financial reports
Handle the AP part included: booking overhead invoices (1 way and 3 ways matching)
Support with internal & external audits
Work with the finance team on yearly budgeting
Balance sheet reconciliation & breakdown
Support in oversea payment: TT/ LC/ Import purchase/ Import machines (review the contract and its terms highlight if any FCT incurs)
Reconcile the Interco transactions and balance
Other ad- hoc jobs assigned by managers

Good communication, with team leadership skills set, can lead & guide other team to follow the process.
Proficient in Excel.
Good at English.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or related field.
Experience with SAP FICO modules.
Detail- oriented with analytical skills.
