Job Description:
Analyze digital media trends, consumer online behavior, and competitor activities to define sharp digital insights and strategies.
Stay up- to- date with the latest platforms, formats, and algorithm changes to ensure strategy relevancy.
Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance to meet business goals.
Participate in pitching sessions and present data- backed strategic recommendations to clients.
Collaborate with the team to develop digital- first communication strategies aligned with the brand’s business and marketing objectives.
Work closely with performance media, social, and content teams to build detailed media strategies and plans across paid/owned/earned digital channels, including channel mix, audience segmentation, budget allocation, and KPIs for each phase of the campaign.
Requirements:
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
Skilled in preparing clear, compelling presentation slides to support strategic proposals.
3 years of experience in digital planning, digital media, or integrated strategy, preferably at an agency.
Must have at least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
Proficient in reading and interpreting data from platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.
Experience in performance- driven campaigns or full- funnel planning is a strong plus.
Proficiency in using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or equivalent) and AI- enabled advertising platform features (e.g., automated bidding, smart audiences, predictive insights).
Good knowledge on pharmaceutical and marketing fields;
A deep understanding of digital platforms and advertising ecosystems (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Zalo, etc.).
Ability to develop comprehensive digital media plans with clear objectives, targeting, and measurement frameworks.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with logical thinking and team collaboration.
Demonstrated experience in applying AI tools in marketing activities (e.g., AI for research, planning, reporting automation, audience analysis, creative ideation, performance forecasting).
