Senior Data Engineer - Next Gen Data Analytics Platform Project - Hà Nội - TA139

Our vision is to transform VPB into a data led organization by providing the data platform and data products to provide ability to consistently analyze, report and query information to make timely decisions using standardized Enterprise Data & Analytics applications capabilities; enable data and analytics driven culture at VPB through stable and flexible architecture that supports sourcing of structured, semi- structured and unstructured data & tools; meet future regulatory, strategic and operational data management requirements by enhancing the current data management capabilities not just at the enterprise level, but across our ecosystem.
The position purpose is to develope the Next Gen Data Analytics Platform of VPBank:

Solve issue/ incidents as Level 3 support.
Re- design and migrate DWH on premise to new Platform on cloud.
Develop new data requirements on the new Platform.
Participate in Project to implement the Next generation of Data and Analytics Platform of the bank

What you will do:

Prepare the deployment checklist.
Setup and configure required services on AWS Cloud to serve building data pipeline
Develop Data API
Design Data Model
Manage analysis of existing data structures and identify areas for efficiency improvement
Design data pipelines and implement Data Pipeline from raw to curated layer, from curated layer to golden and data product layer.
Build CI/CD to deploy data pipeline in different environment.
Collaborate with Business Analyst to understand requirements.
Support Debugging process during SIT, UAT.
Understands the key features of the enterprise data analytics platform, its ambitions and challenges to propose best fit solution.
Study the technical updates and make the change or do upgrading release in Development area.
Identify and resolve issues of the data pipelines, ensuring smooth data flow and accurate results.
Investigate and troubleshoot for issues, incidents and problems of application as level 3 support.
Writing detailed technical specification documentation
Collaborate with Ops team to manage all environment builds, including design, capacity planning, cluster setup, performance tuning and ongoing monitoring.
Writing the document for the operation of the program by operators

​We are looking for candidates with:

Strong track record of implementing AWS services in a variety of distributed computing environments.
Proven skill of developing and deploying Dbt for data transformation
Hands on experiences with BI tools such as Power BI or similar
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience withdata analysis and modeling skills on analytics platform such as Databricks or similar is desired.
Strong relational database knowledge with SQL Server, Oracle or similar
3+ year experience in design data model and developing data pipeline
Proven skill of developing and tuning code in Spark for data processing in Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Engines etc.
4- 5 years working as Cloud Data Engineer
Knowledge of the primary AWS services such as EKS, EC2, Redshift, S3 etc…
Teamwork, careful, attention to detail, logical thinking
Experience building Test and Monitoring pipeline is a plus
A bachelor&039;s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience, is required
An understanding of bank business domain is preferred.
Be familiar with modern software development practices. (CI/CD, TDD etc.)
Understanding analytical models is a plus
