Senior Data Architect – Hà Nội - TA139

Our vision is to transform VPB into a data led organization by providing the data platform and data products to provide ability to consistently analyze, report and query information to make timely decisions using standardized Enterprise Data & Analytics applications capabilities; enable data and analytics driven culture at VPB through stable and flexible architecture that supports sourcing of structured, semi- structured and unstructured data & tools; meet future regulatory, strategic and operational data management requirements by enhancing the current data management capabilities.
As the Senior Data Architect, he/she will use his/her specialist skills and knowledge to define and deliver data solutions and bringing together multiple teams across the Business, the Data Governance, Data Engineer/ML Engineer and Data Analytics team with a mission to deliver on the vision.
Directly support in completing the following tasks:

Build and approve operating procedures, accompanying professional documentation for data reporting service products
Develop action plans related to data architecture, and related strategic initiatives.

Take on the main role in executing:

Propose target data architecture for specific requirements (CR/Projects)- Logical/Physical design phase
Coordinate with internal teams in the EDA block as well as relevant units during the implementation of data- related initiatives (CR/Projects)- Deployment phase

Indirectly support in completing the following tasks:

Regularly/Ad- hoc consult with the leadership team on technology trends related to Data for selecting suitable solutions for VPBank.
Propose target data architecture standards for VPBank (Enterprise Data Architecture)- Conceptual design phase
Establish a mechanism for quality control. Monitor the approval of task execution results.
Measure and continuously improve processes and labor productivity efficiency of the team

Fulfill the role of the main lead in the execution of:

Build development, delegate tasks, and manage the professional team on executing Data Architecture

Play a leading role in execution:

Implement specific projects as directed by the leadership team.

Who we are looking for:

Strong knowledge of data modeling, including data modeling techniques such as 3NF Modeling, Dimensional Modeling, Data Vault Modeling, No- SQL Modeling
Good understanding of data processing technologies (e.g., ETL/ELT technologies; data exploration languages such as Spark/Python/Scala..)
Basic experience in designing and implementing data solutions
Proficient in various database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, Hadoop...)
Minimum of 03 years in the field of data management/administration/architecture/reporting/analysis/machine learning
Bachelor&039;s degree in computer science, information- technology, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
Fundamental understanding of data management, data governance, data integration, and database development techniques
Experience in data warehousing, data modeling, and/or data analysis
Practical experience in implementing data management and analysis programs
Collaborative deployment and management of technology partners.
Basic knowledge of data architectures (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Lakehouse...)
