Senior Content Specialist

Other work allocated by Line Manager
Working closely with the SEO team in conducting a regular content performance analysis, which will inform iteration in the strategy (If any).
Write and launch successful content that provides meaningful value to customers. Influence the content generation team roadmaps based on the content strategy distribution
Work with designers on landing pages for new product features
Prepare reports on performance and sales.
Develop, optimize and integrate all the marketing campaign contents (product launching and promotion)
In charge of writing content for social (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Tiktok etc) & ecommerce for website & others: livestream, banners, Landing page...
Analyze online usage trends, competitors, traffic across platforms and channels (Facebook, Google search, etc.) to build content strategy for branding & campaigns
Update product descriptions as needed (both on our websites/landing pages and other online resources)
Optimizing content (language, tone, message) based on our target audience’s behaviors
Drive new traffic via content strategy across different platforms and channels.
Develop concepts and write script content for various types of media across channels
Create advertising texts POSM and other product- related materials

Thinking laterally, planning, scoping and briefing campaigns
Delivering campaigns that create commercial results
Ability to understand and have an interest in how data drives outcomes and comfort with interpreting campaign results
Time management and meeting deadlines
Genuinely care for customers, you understand customers’ insights and what content and flows and frictions work best for them
A passionate content writer with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in content marketing, B2C content, or digital content creation and management

Skills
Copywriting, reading and proofing marketing material
