STRATEGY AND PLANNING DEVELOPMENT

Propose appropriate targets for the business management of business units.
Develop bottom- up business strategies and plans for the Block by product/segment, including personnel planning and operating expenses.
Calculate and allocate plans by product/segment and cost plans to the Block&039;s directly affiliated units (including HO units and over 300 business units).

KPIs AND BUSINESS POLICY DEVELOPMENT

Develop and issue the KPI system for HO units, business units, and direct sales management personnel under the Block.
Develop, operate, and manage the mechanism for evaluating and ranking branches.

BUSINESS COORDINATION

Address inquiries from business units regarding sales orientation and appropriate sales plans to optimize business.
Analyze and evaluate business plans and financial forecasts as required by management levels.

Bachelor&039;s degree in Economics/Finance/Banking/Business Administration or related fields.
