Senior Business Development Manager - Thermal

Manage and conduct energy audits and data acquisition campaigns at client facilities to:- Identify areas for energy conservation.- Conduct a thorough evaluation of energy systems to identify investment options.- Effectively communicate options to clients and internal departments.- Develop energy usage models for businesses.
Develop partnerships and key supplier relationships in Vietnam and Cambodia.
Considerable travel within Vietnam and Cambodia is required.
Support all business opportunities within the group, such as solar, bio- energy, energy storage, and energy optimization.
Meet regional business development and operational teams to standardize and optimize processes.
Represent company by attending industry conferences, meeting with business leaders, and participating in events.
Demonstrate knowledge of the global energy landscape from a commercial and technical perspective, and possess a strong passion for sustainability. Take the lead in generating prospects for biomass portfolios and other sustainable solutions.
Liaise with customers and contractors to support commercial initiatives and maintain top- quality service. Familiarize with contractual environments.
Keep up to date with the latest technologies and tools.
Collaborate in the development of sales tools and collateral.
Assist in the creation of vendor and pricing databases.

Ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations is a significant requirement.
Have experience in M&E business, specializing in the heating & cooling industry in Vietnam.
Candidate must possess a good relational attitude and be adaptable to different cultures.
Additional experience with ISO 50001 or ISO 50002 or ASHRAE standards is an added advantage.
Experience in industrial measurements related to Power Systems and HVAC is vital.
Must hold a Bachelor&039;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Process Engineering.
A minimum of 4 years of work experience in Business Development for Bio- energy and Energy Solutions is necessary.
Flexibility, agility, and open- mindedness towards new challenges are essential traits.
Candidate must have knowledge of IOT, machine monitoring, and BMS.
Certified Energy Auditor or CEM with experience in conducting technical energy audits is preferred.
The candidate must collaborate efficiently with both technical and non- technical team members.
