POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Business Development Executive at Halocom Digital, you’ll be responsible for identifying new client opportunities, nurturing leads, and supporting the growth of our influencer marketing and digital advertising services. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions to brands, while building sustainable relationships for long- term success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support in preparing sales kits, proposals, contracts, quotations, and payment documents.
Search and reach out to key decision- makers via social platforms, emails, or calls
Assist in campaign documentation: reports, liquidation, invoices, etc.
Handle client inquiries via the company hotline and social media platforms
Join client meetings (online/offline) and provide meeting summaries
Report directly to CEO and follow assigned tasks
Organize, update, and maintain the lead database on a weekly/monthly basis
Conduct post- campaign client surveys and feedback check- ins
Conduct research to identify potential market segments and target clients
Source and liaise with vendors (e.g. content, design, seeding) for quotation and service coordination
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bring a positive, energetic, and optimistic approach to the team.
At least 3 years of experience in sales / business development/ account.
Proven track record in sales with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
General expertise in digital marketing, with the ability to leverage this knowledge to drive sales.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, persuasion, and analytical skills.
Solid understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, or E- commerce ecosystem.
Strong industry network and existing connections
