Your Key Responsibilities

Lead & Mentor: Inspire and guide a team of BAs and IT consultants, fostering a culture of growth, agility, and collaboration.
Modernize Workflows: Analyze and migrate complex platforms, ensuring seamless transitions and business alignment.
Change Management: Lead UAT, training, and adoption efforts to ensure smooth transitions and lasting impact.
Customer Engagement: Manage relationships with global customers—negotiate project scope, timelines, and pricing, and champion their involvement in product development.
Strategic Analysis: Translate business needs into actionable insights, user stories, and dashboards that drive decision- making.
Agile Delivery: Champion Agile practices, ensuring iterative value delivery and continuous improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc

7+ years of Business Analysis experience, with a strong background in IT solutions and migration project. (business workflow product is a plus)
Strong analytical thinking and data- driven decision- making.
Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
Exceptional customer relationship and negotiation capabilities.
Cross- cultural sensitivity and global collaboration mindset.
Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI- PBA, Agile) are a plus.
Agile expertise and familiarity with software development lifecycle.
Excellent communication across technical and non- technical audiences.
