Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst who can work closely with clients to gather and clarify requirements, translate them into clear documentation, and support the development team throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and communication skills, solid understanding of SDLC, and at least 2 years of BA experience in a client- facing environment. This role requires proactive problem- solving, accuracy in requirements management, and the ability to contribute effectively to complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Clarify any unclear information about business requirements with stakeholders.
• Work with QC to ensure all requirements, including change requests, are implemented and traceable.
• Train project team members and stakeholders to understand the business context.
• Assess feasibility of requests considering constraints.
• Gather business and system requirements from clients.
• Design application mock- ups or wireframes using prototyping tools.
• Perform other tasks as requested by Project Manager or Senior BA.
• Analyze, synthesize, and document requirements using charts, diagrams, URD, and SRS.
• Assist clients in defining requirements, suggesting ideas, and proposing solutions.
• Complete tasks on time and maintain high quality to minimize defects and rework.
• Take lead BA role in large/complex projects (team size > 10).
• Suggest new features or improvements for software solutions.
Job Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Management, or Business Administration.
Knowledge & Skills
• Strong problem- solving, consulting, and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of BABOK® Knowledge Areas is a plus.
• Good business process modeling skills.
• Experience in software analysis, testing, and requirement validation is a plus.
• Solid understanding of software engineering and SDLC.
• Ability to write clear and comprehensive URD/SRS documents.
• Effective communication, mentoring, and negotiation with stakeholders.
• Strong English communication skills (equivalent to IELTS 6.0).
• Proficient in tools for requirement management (e.g., UML, Mindmap, Trello, Jira, Mantis, Redmine).
Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in client- facing roles.
