With over 11 years of experience in the industry, we excel at driving effective strategies across multiple platforms. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in advertising, digital marketing, and client service. Prior experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred.
Experience requirement: 3- 4 years in advertising/digital/client service.
Job Description:
Market Analysis and Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Identify market needs, trends, and opportunities.
Develop insightful questions to understand clients&039; concerns and expectations.
Prepare and present proposals to clients, addressing their concerns and objections.
Collaborate with clients to study their insights, needs, and market practices.
Project Cost Management:
Stay updated on market costs to provide competitive proposals to clients.
Work closely with the Finance and Operations teams to develop quotations and project estimates.
Monitor project expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
Support the Finance team in contract liquidation and debt management for optimal cash flow.
Negotiate with clients to ensure profitability while meeting their expectations.
Project Execution:
Develop project plans in collaboration with internal teams, specify action timelines, and checklists, and allocate resources.
Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timelines and meet clients&039; expectations.
Manage project progress, and quality, and solve problems daily.
