Job Description:
Market Analysis and Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Collaborate with clients to study their insights, needs, and market practices.
Prepare and present proposals to clients, addressing their concerns and objections.
Identify market needs, trends, and opportunities.
Develop insightful questions to understand clients&039; concerns and expectations.

Project Cost Management:

Negotiate with clients to ensure profitability while meeting their expectations.
Work closely with the Finance and Operations teams to develop quotations and project estimates.
Stay updated on market costs to provide competitive proposals to clients.
Support the Finance team in contract liquidation and debt management for optimal cash flow.
Monitor project expenses to ensure cost efficiency.

Project Execution:

Manage project progress, and quality, and solve problems daily.
Develop project plans in collaboration with internal teams, specify action timelines, and checklists, and allocate resources.
Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timelines and meet clients&039; expectations.

Experience:

Experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable.
Minimum 3- 4 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or client service.

Communication and Marketing Skills:

General awareness of digital trends, consumer behavior, and cultural insights.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and practices.

Project Management and Customer Service Mindset:

Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Plan- Do- Check- Act.
Ability to involve team members in decision- making and actions.

Key Competencies:

Persuasive communication to influence clients effectively.
Active listening skills to understand client needs.
