About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive – Social Specialist to join our team, dedicated to managing social and influencer activities. This role acts as the bridge between brand teams, social teams, influencers, and communities, ensuring seamless execution and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Execution & Deployment
Reporting & Coordination
Ensure on- time posting, accurate content delivery, and activity updates.
Implement execution plans for the brand on a regular basis, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and social team directions.
Report to Influencer/Community Leads on daily execution tasks.
Receive and execute ad- hoc social tasks from brand leads if needed.
Coordinate influencer and community activities according to the posting calendar and asset delivery timeline.
Relationship Management & Admin Tasks
Maintain smooth day- to- day communication with partners and stakeholders.
Support influencer and community engagement through admin tasks such as birthday reminders, gift supervision, and other relationship- maintenance activities.
Tracking & Monitoring
Consolidate performance data and provide insights for reporting.
Monitor and track performance across MTM platforms (VIT, other paid/earned KOL metrics).
Qualifications
Strong project management and coordination skills with a detail- oriented mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related fields.
Proactive, responsible, and able to thrive in a fast- paced environment.
2–3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or account management (experience with FMCG/Unilever brands is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
Good understanding of social media platforms, influencer landscape, and performance metrics.
