Psychology, Special Education, Behavioral Psychology, Sociology/Anthropology, General Education, Educational Management, with experience in discipline or behaviour management at school.
Experience with school- based behavioral interventions.
Proactive and positive attitude towards promoting student welfare and well- being.
Basic understanding of behavior and conduct disorders and how they impact school performance
Experience improving individual behavioral performance in a school or community setting.
Autonomy; Having an educational philosophy and life motto, clear work goals.
