Position: SAP BTP (CAP/UI) Developer – Entry Level
Work Mode: On- site with max 2 days remote support (Mon–Fri)
Location: Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh)
Training Provided: SAP BTP, CAP (Cloud Application Programming), and UI development training
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated candidates to start their career path in SAP development as SAP BTP (CAP/UI) Developers. You will be part of our technical team, supporting the design and development of cloud applications on SAP Business Technology Platform. This is an opportunity for those at the beginning of their career to gain hands- on experience in CAP model, UI development, and enterprise integrations.
Requirements
Design and implement user interfaces with SAP Fiori/UI5 and related front- end frameworks.
Contribute to documentation, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Assist in preparing technical materials for internal and customer projects.
Develop and maintain applications using SAP BTP (CAP model), Javan, Node.js, and JavaScript.
Demonstrate proactiveness, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a high- intensity environment.
Stay updated with SAP BTP, CAP, UI5, and cloud- native development trends.
Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
English proficiency in both verbal and written communication (Mandatory).
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields (or currently pursuing).
Good presentation and communication skills (e.g., preparing technical slides, explaining solutions clearly).
Good knowledge of Angular/React/Vue JS and AI is a strong plus.
Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and problem- solving skills.
Strong knowledge of Java, Node.js, and JavaScript (required).
Basic knowledge or eagerness to learn SAP BTP, CAP model, Fiori/UI5, and cloud application frameworks.

3rd month: Project- based On- the- Job Training (OJT).
First 2 months: Full- time training (70% SAP BTP & CAP/UI training, 30% support tasks).
