Sample Material Procurement Lead (Bottom team)

Bottom Component Procurement.
- Manage sourcing and procurement of sample bottom components, including outsoles, midsoles and other bottom parts.
- Ensure correct specifications, sizes, constructions, and materials are aligned with development requirements.

Cross- Functional Collaboration.

Supplier Coordination & Communication.
- Ensure suppliers understand technical specifications, MOQ flexibility, and sample quantity needs.
- Work with suppliers to optimize lead time, minimum quantities, and logistics efficiency.
- Support supplier performance tracking for leadtime, responsiveness and development support.

Team Leadership.

Material Tracking & Inventory Control.
- Track incoming parts, usage, and remaining stock.
- Ensure proper component identification and traceability during development.
- Maintain visibility of sample bottom inventory and usage.

Process Improvement & System Management.

Development Calendar & Timeline Control.- Track bottom readiness vs. sampling schedule to avoid delays in prototype, confirmation, and wear test stages, ensure bottom components are available for key development stages.

- 5–8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or materials management in the footwear manufacturing industry.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Materials Management, or a related field.

- Experience working with bottom components such as outsoles, midsoles is highly preferred.
