4S SAIGON FOODS AND BEVERAGE COMPANY LIMITED is expanding rapidly in the FMCG & F&B distribution market in Vietnam. We are building a strong nationwide distribution network and investing heavily in market development, sales teams, and channel expansion.
We are looking for a strong ASM who wants a bigger playground, higher income, and faster career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising standards, and promotional activities in stores.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, supply chain, and operations to support sales activities.
- Supervise and manage daily activities of the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
- Develop and implement sales plans to expand market share and increase product distribution.

- At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role in FMCG sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem- solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
