Sales Manager (Used Engines)

To achieve Sales and purchasing of used engines for the Marine and EPG market in the Asean region.

Involvement in the further development of the used engine sales department
Develop strong customer relationships through regular contact with key influencers
Monitor and report on local market and competitor activities
Understand internal and external customer demands and act and report on that information
Ensure customer coverage is maintained and customer records reflect current details
Oversee and control key revenue and cost drivers in order to meet profit targets
Monitor working capital including inventory and accounts receivable
An international focus and hands- on mentality are required
Resolve escalated customer complaints involving decisively
Purchasing of engines and generatorsets from the agreed markets and geographical area’s
Sales of used engines and generatorsets to the agreed markets and geographical area’s
Implement monthly and quarterly sales plan review and rolling forecasts
Prepare, review and manage Year to Date and Financial Year Budgets

Experience working within International Commercial industries in Vietnam preferred
Able to work with MS Office programs
Significant Sales experience gained from within small, medium or large business
Experience as service engineer or in a service- oriented organization is an advantage
Excellent skills in reading, writing and speaking technical English
Strong understanding of sales fundamentals and principals, sales forecasting/planning
Excellent negotiation skills Prerequisite
Experience with parts sales is an advantage
