Position Summary:
Car Audio Sales manager leads and manages Car Audio sales team to increase turnover, drive revenue, expand market demand, and achieve business objectives. Oversees all sales operations across B2B channels: car care, car garages, car manufacturers dealers, retail store/workshop and E- commerce.
Strategy & Execution
• Manage the overall profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Set- up pricing strategies and distribution policy agreements.
• Create an annual plan and follow- up by quarterly/ monthly actions to achieve the plan.
Sales Management
• Manage inventory and product purchasing, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Set targets by channel/ by products with action plan and clear timeline to reach the targets.
• Build relationships with Dealers/Partners and resolve possible conflicts smoothly.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Team Leadership
• Ensure effective collaboration with other Departments for smooth operational tasks.
• Monitor the overall performance of the team to maximize efficiency and manage all tasks to be done as deadline/ schedule.
• Inspire and manage the team, set clear goals/ objectives with practical guidance/ timelines.
Customer and Market Development
• Analyse market trends, explore new markets and provide insights.
• Build strong relationships with key partners/ dealers of all channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing and related team to execute on- line /off- line promotional activities, including Car/Motor Show events.
• Strategic actions to expand the coverage of Distribution network nationwide.
Oversea Partners Communication
• Conduct or join on- line/off- line meetings to ensure operational tasks resolved properly.
• Communicate with Global brand partners for supply issues, pricing, new model launch, technical related topics, etc...
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree and good English speaking /writing.
• Proven experience in a sales leadership role of Car accessories industry.
• Large network and connections with Car accessories Dealers/ Agencies
• Understanding Car OEM integration practices.
• Wide knowledge of Car Audio system and related (Head- units, Dashcam)
