Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest services.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify, develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and travel agents.
Manage and oversee daily Sales & Marketing operations.
Participate in promotional activities, events and client visits.
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and follow up with clients.
Supervise, train and support the sales team.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong sales, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales within hotel or resort industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
Able to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Ability to lead, train and motivate a sales team.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Strong communication, organization and problem- solving skills.
