We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate in- depth knowledge of the Education Industry, business challenges, and market intelligence.
Ensure that high- quality service standards are consistently met.
Monitor the performance of sales representatives to ensure the development of their full potential.
Maintain a team of highly motivated sales representatives to maximize sales productivity.
Execute the sales plans and strategies set by management to achieve sales targets for the sales team.
Recruit and train new Sales Representatives effectively to expand the sales team.

Requirements:

Bachelor&039;s degree holders with at least 3 years of sales experience in the education, insurance or financial services industry are preferred.
Proven track record of successfully executing sales plans and strategies to achieve targets.
Commitment to maintaining high- quality service standards and customer satisfaction.
Experience in managing and motivating a sales team to drive productivity and performance.
Strong understanding of the Education Industry, including market trends and challenges.
Excellent recruitment and training skills to build and expand the sales team.
