Sales Logistics (Freight forwarding - Seafreight)

Territory Management and Prospecting:

· Conduct regular prospecting activities, including cold calling, door- to- door visits, and networking events.
Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

· Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on logistics best practices and value- added services.
· Build strong relationships with prospects and clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored logistics solutions.
Sales Strategy Execution:
· Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable agreements and meet customer expectations.
Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis:
· Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within your territory.
· Provide feedback to internal teams on market insights and competitive positioning.
· Gather intelligence on customer needs, preferences, and pain points to refine sales strategies and offerings.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Qualifications

Bachelor&039;s degree in Foreign Trade, Maritime, Business or related field.
Proven track record of success in field sales or business development, preferably in the logistics or transportation sector.
