Sales Executive C&B

To continuously seek ways to maximise revenues and profits by cross selling and up- selling other hotel facilities and services
Communicate to his/her superior any issues encountered and other relevant information
Maintain effective control of sales expenses
Conduct and/or assist Sales team in customer negotiation process
Provide feedback to management on changing market conditions, including competition and market trends
Develop deep understanding and knowledge of key sectors targeted by hotel, and gain sectorial/account expertise when necessary to maximise lead conversion rate
To fully utilise the correct photography, presentation material and approved selling phrases for all forms of client presentations
To meet your designated revenue targets
Work towards monthly budgets and report progress every week against targets in the Weekly Sales Meetings

Fluent English in four skills
Graduated from University or College in relative sectors.
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the Company.
Minimum 1 year in the same role or 2 years as Sales Manager for the C&B segment in 5- star hotel/resort.
