In Vietnam, Spectre operates three modern GORE- TEX–certified factories producing waterproof garments and continues to expand its manufacturing footprint. To support this growth, Spectre is currently seeking an experienced GORE- TEX Expert to strengthen technical capability and ensure the highest standards in waterproof garment production.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make sample report and send to Customer, then they can pay attention during checking and making comment for sample about outstanding points.
- Manage all samples during the development process as well as samples received from production orders, ensuring that the actual samples q’ty matches the reported inventory data when the finance and accounting department conducts stocktaking.
- Participate in all meetings internal/ external reg. development of style (new mock- ups, technology, methods)
- Follow- up customer comments and update/improve sample.
- Responsible that Workflows in TRIMIT are workable and follow development lead time
- Make sure TrimIt is updated after received customer&039;s final approval.
- Create Master/ Workflow and BOM/ Saving Tech pack in TrimIt / create Collection production Order (PCO) for all sample rounds
- Approve GTI workflow (Tick "MRP fabric", MRP trim), to show correct MRP of materials the PUD can buy all on time.
- Create and coordination of Timelines (season planning) responsible that Timeline are workable and will be kept as commitment with Customer
- Follow up sample plan in OSR (from proto to bulk). Responsible for delivery of all sample rounds on time.
- Responsible for the sealed samples ready on time- 2 weeks before the bulk P- start latest
- Follow- up production issues related to style construction/ quality, and ready to join on solving problem if necessary
- Collect all feedback and suggestions from other teams to communicate with Customer about unclear/ unreasonable points in the Tech pack and ask them to update the new one.
- Receiving & check the Tech pack from customer Provide Tech pack and MC to pattern maker and Sewing Description for studying style.
- Join Model meeting with internal team: pattern maker + line supervisor + QC or meeting with customer, supplier upon request.
- Coordinating between PM (pattern maker), R&D (Reach & Development), SAMPLE ROOM, CI, to develop the sample following customer’s request. Clarify the garment construction for all parties to understand clearly and complete the styles correctly.
- Price Calculation/Cost engineering activities (Discuss with whole team to find out saving cost points but still catch Customer’s standard)
- SMS + BULK Production: Prepare tech- package, translate everything (Drawing, BOM, MC). Making color card to production (PC makes draft for each style, warehouse makes balance, PC makes final check before production)
- Request various tests related to the actual structure concerning technology to ensure that the entire structure of the product is safe.
