Restaurant Supervisor (Giám Sát Nhà Hàng)

RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
Location: Masteri An Phú, District 2
Report to: Director
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations Management & Supervision
- Standard Compliance: Ensure all services follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), delivering the right dishes at the right time.
- Quality Control: Inspect the dining area (tables, utensils, setup, cleanliness) before, during, and after service.
- Performance Monitoring: Supervise service quality; provide real- time feedback and support to the team.
- Cross- department Coordination: Liaise closely with the Kitchen, Bar, and Cashier to ensure seamless and accurate service.
- Task Allocation: Assign and arrange duties for service staff to ensure optimal coverage during the shift.
Customer Service
- VIP Care: Personally monitor and provide attentive service to VIP guests or pre- booked events.
- Guest Relations: Greet guests, present the menu, and take orders professionally.
- Conflict Resolution: Quickly and tactfully handle customer complaints or special requests within authority.
Training & Staff Support
- Team Building: Motivate the team and maintain a positive, high- energy working environment.
- Onboarding: Guide new hires on service procedures, communication skills, and brand standards.

Education: Degree or Certificate in Hospitality Management.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a leadership/supervisory position within the Hospitality industry.
Appearance: Professional manner with a well- groomed appearance.
Language: Good English communication skills
Skills:- Exceptional communication and flexible problem- solving abilities.- Proven skills in mentoring, training, and team management.- Deep understanding of table manners, wine service, and banquet procedures.- High sense of responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail.
Age: 27 – 40 years old.

Salary: Competitive, ranging from 12,000,000 – 14,000,000 VND.
