As a Business Operations Analyst at Jobcadu, you’ll help optimize how our platform runs and grows. You’ll analyze data, identify bottlenecks in user flows (like registration and job applications), and work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to improve performance. From building dashboards to refining onboarding and campaign execution, your insights will directly shape user experience and business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who’s data-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to make an impact in a fast-moving startup.
What You’ll Do
Analyze user and operational data to identify bottlenecks in key flows (traffic, registration, application submissions) and recommend process improvements.
Create & maintain dashboards, SOPs, internal documentation, and workflow manuals.
Monitor and report on core business metrics (traffic, sign-ups, application rates, partner activity) using Excel/Sheets
Coordinate across product, marketing, and sales to ensure smooth execution of launches, campaigns, and partner initiatives.
Support testing processes to ensure new features or content meet business goals.
Track and manage user onboarding, pricing setup, and engagement.
Work closely with founders, development, and marketing to translate business goals into actionable operations and improvements.
Collaborate with product teams to identify UX bottlenecks and contribute to improvements in user flows.

What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or business analyst roles
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex workflows
Proactive mindset with the ability to track and optimize user funnels such as registration, traffic, and job applications
Strong logical thinking and business analysis skills — able to interpret data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend practical improvements to optimize processes and user flows.
Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting, analysis, and dashboarding
Strong communicator who can work independently and cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong written and verbal English skills
Nice to Have
Experience in startups, HR-Tech, SaaS, or education platforms
Familiarity with Agile methodology and the software development life cycle
Ability to suggest or use AI tools to streamline your workflow
