Responsible for planning, managing, supervising, and controlling all activities/implementation of Marketing & Sales in region to complete the business plan, as well as to achieve the goals of Nam Long Land (NLL) and NLG.

Marketing & Sales Strategy
• Develop product development strategies and plans to meet market demands and create new value for customers.
• Develop a strategy and business model for the nationwide distribution channel according to Nam Long Group&039;s strategy to expand the market and enhance brand presence.
• Develop and control the Marketing & Sales plan, budget plan, and cost for implementing business plans to ensure cost- effectiveness for the company.
Product Development & Sales Control Activities.
• Set up and operate a consistent mechanism and policies to control sales and agencies.
• Ensure proper payment coordination processes between partners, investors, and agencies.
• Collaborate to develop a management system and collect sales data, including forms, processes, and tools to support efficient sales operations.
• Collaborate to build and develop the online sales channel.
• Research the market, competitors, and customer needs to build effective business strategies, including products, pricing, and sales policies.
• Manage and monitor product allocation as approved by the management team.
• Analyze and evaluate business performance regularly, providing data to support strategic decisions by the management team.
• Deliver accurate information to agencies/customers through communication channels and update the system regularly.
Marketing Activities
• Supervise media management and brand development for products/ projects to enhance brand recognition and build prestige on the market.

- Design, create, produce tools to drive business activities.
- Digital and social media marketing.
- Guide, control, and implement media content and imagery.
- Manage sales event programs, creating destination points.
• Conduct market research and customer surveys to understand needs and trends, thereby developing effective marketing strategies.
• Receive project implementation plans, legal documents for sales from the Project Director.
• Explore strategic cooperation opportunities with banks and financial institutions to increase brand presence and speed up project sales.
Training & Business Development Activities.
• Design and organize training programs for the sales team on products, sales skills, consultation, and customer service processes.
• Build a professional and consistent sales brand image to enhance the company&039;s reputation among customers and partners.
Distribution Channel Business Activities
• Supervise to build, develop, and manage distribution channels to achieve revenue and sales targets.
