Recruitment Officer

Work closely with the People & Culture team to plan and execute recruitment strategies for pre- opening and operational phases.
Manage and coordinate recruitment postings across advertising channels, career websites, and job platforms.
Handle end- to- end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities.
Build a talent pipeline and maintain a strong employer branding image on online/offline platforms.

At least 1 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
Proactive, detail- oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast- paced environment.
Strong communication and networking skills.
English proficiency is required.
