Recruitment Manager/Talent Acquisition Manager

Recommending or updating the compensation and benefits package for Clinic staff to maintain competitiveness and optimize costs.
Generating KPI reports.
Supervising the recruitment team and evaluating recruitment efforts.
Assessing employment applications and conducting background checks.
Encouraging employees to become brand advocates and organizing employee referral programs.
Undertaking other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Identifying and attracting top talent for open positions through various job boards.
Gathering and analyzing labor market data to advise department heads on recruitment activities.
Creating and reviewing the annual recruitment budget to ensure cost compliance.
Analyzing and projecting departmental hiring requirements.
Conducting employee satisfaction assessments, workshops, and proposing retention improvement measures.
Leading the planning, development, and oversight of employer branding initiatives.
Planning and executing recruitment processes, including conducting interviews, screening calls, and administering assessments.
Tracking key recruitment metrics to support timely and efficient recruitment activities.
Developing procedures to enhance the candidate experience.
Developing sustainable recruitment strategies and methods for talent acquisition.

Proficient in negotiation and sales.
Bachelor&039;s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Quick decision- making aptitude.
Minimum of 3 years&039; experience in roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager, Hiring Manager, or Recruitment Manager.
Effective time management abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, especially under pressure.
Strong understanding of sourcing and recruitment marketing tools.
Strong work ethic.
Familiarity with posting jobs on social media platforms.
Capability to identify recruitment process bottlenecks.
Leadership and motivational skills.
Proficient in full- cycle recruitment processes and employer branding techniques.
