Competency- Based Recruitment
Work with HR Manager and Department Managers to understand workforce and capability requirements.
Translate job requirements into competency- based hiring criteria.
Manage end- to- end recruitment activities:
Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
Conduct behavioral and competency- based interviews
Evaluate candidates against defined competency standards.
Monitor recruitment effectiveness and propose improvements (time- to- fill, quality of hire).
Competency Framework Development & Management
Collaborate with HR Manager and functional leaders to:
Standardize job descriptions based on competencies
Develop and maintain competency frameworks for roles and job families
Support managers in understanding and applying competency frameworks in daily people management.
Capability Assessment & Skill Gap Analysis
Coordinate and support competency and capability assessments:
New hires
Pre- and post- training evaluations
Periodic employee assessments
Prepare capability assessment reports and recommendations for HR Manager and stakeholders.
Analyze assessment results to identify individual, team, and organizational skill gaps.
Learning & Development Planning and Implementation
Develop annual and periodic learning plans based on identified skill gaps and business priorities.
Design and coordinate learning initiatives, including:
Coaching and mentoring programs
Internal and external training programs
On- the- job training
Track training effectiveness and learning outcomes, focusing on skill improvement and on- the- job application.
HR Systems & Process Support
Maintain competency, recruitment, and learning data in HR systems (HRIS/LMS).
Ensure accurate data for reporting and decision- making.
Support continuous improvement of recruitment and learning processes.
AUTHORITY & DECISION RIGHTS
Participate in candidate selection and competency evaluation.
Request collaboration and inputs from department managers related to capability development.
Propose training plans and development initiatives.
Recommend recruitment criteria, assessment methods, and learning solutions.
