The role is critical in delivering a unique and memorable guest experience
Oversees all bar operations, ensures top- tier beverage service, manages bar staff, controls budget, drives revenue, and creates innovative drink recipes.

Bar Operations Management:
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures and service standards.
Maintain inventory levels and oversee the procurement of bar supplies and ingredients.
Supervise and coordinate daily bar activities to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Staff Supervision & Training:
Lead, train, and evaluate bartenders and bar support staff.
Foster a positive team environment and ensure high staff performance and morale.
Conduct regular training sessions on mixology, customer service, and hygiene standards.
Service Quality Assurance:
Ensure consistent delivery of high- quality beverages and customer service.
Monitor guest satisfaction and handle any service- related issues promptly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar environment.
Budget & Revenue Management:
Develop and manage the bar’s budget, including cost control and waste reduction.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize drink pricing and promotions.
Collaborate with management to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Beverage Innovation:
Research and develop creative new cocktail recipes and beverage concepts.
Regularly update the drinks menu to reflect seasonal trends and customer preferences.
Ensure all drinks are presented professionally and meet quality standards.
Drink Preparation & Service:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages to guests as needed.
Uphold consistency in drink taste, appearance, and serving time.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and alcohol regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of all bar areas and equipment.
Customer Interaction:
Engage with guests to provide personalized service and recommendations.
Gather and respond to customer feedback to improve offerings and service quality.
