- Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of F&B and within the limits of established Wyndham Hoi An Royal Beachfront Resort & Villas Policies, procedures and Food & Beverage manual, oversees and directs all aspects of the Food & Beverage operation
3- Interacts with Individuals including, but not limited to, clients, suppliers, Government Officials, competitors and other members of the local community.
2- Provides functional assistance and direction to the Food & Beverage operation.
4- Co- ordinate functions and activities with other department heads as appropriate.
1- Reports directly to the Assistant FBM and Director of F&B.
- Details will be discussed at the interview.

• Level of Education: Bachelor
• Areas of study Hotel Management
• Professional experiences 3 to 5 years
• Languages essential English
