E- commerce Strategy & Sales Leadership:
- Lead the execution of the daily, weekly, and monthly e- commerce sales plan to meet aggressive digital revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze key e- commerce metrics (conversion rate, traffic sources, average order value, cart abandonment) and implement immediate actions to improve performance.
- Manage the full product listing lifecycle across all channels (website, OTAs like Expedia/Booking.com, social shops), ensuring all content (descriptions, images, pricing) is accurate and compelling.
- Identify and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics on the company website to maximize direct bookings.
Digital Channel Management:
Oversee and optimize the company&039;s presence and performance on all relevant Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), ensuring rate parity and maximizing listing visibility through excellent content and reviews.
Collaborate with Marketing to manage the digital advertising budget (PPC, social ads) to drive targeted, high- value traffic to the booking pages.
Ensure all digital customer service channels (live chat, email forms, social media DMs) are staffed and managed efficiently to convert leads into sales.
Pricing, Quotation & Booking Operations:
Work closely with Revenue Management to ensure all online pricing, promotions, and packages are competitive and instantly bookable.
Collaborate with the Operations and Accounting teams to build a seamless and reliable post- booking customer experience.
Supervise the process for creating and delivering dynamic, complex, and profitable digital quotations for customized/group itineraries.
Customer Service:
Provide friendly, attentive, and timely support to clients throughout the sales cycle.
Offer value- added services and suggestions to improve client experience.
Reporting & Targets:
Submit weekly, monthly, and annual sales and revenue reports to the manager.
Work towards individual and team sales targets.
Team Contribution:
• Support teammates when needed and share best practices.
• Actively participate in team meetings and training.
