Ensure On- Time Vendor Payments
Proactively track invoices and payment approvals, coordinate with internal teams, and submit payment requests so our vendors can count on us.
Maintain an orderly document- filing system, manage stationery and office supplies, and continuously refine processes and systems to boost efficiency.
Gather and verify customs documentation and trade compliance data, ensuring accuracy and readiness for audits and declarations.
Produce accurate periodic reports and jump into any special projects or requests from supervisors—be our team’s go- to “all- round support” person
Identify manual workflows, design and implement automation solutions, and fine- tune existing scripts or tools to save time and reduce errors.

1- 2 years experience
College Degree or above
Proficient with automatic computer skill, such as power BI, power automate, power query, or coding will be a plus
Fluent in Mandarin/English
