[Quận 1 - HCM] Senior Production Management Staff Mảng May Mặc Tiếng Nhật Hoặc Trung

. Follow POs and control the whole procedure of Garment production including:
- Understand and analyze factory In- house Data for QCD control.
- Delivery Control through setting Deadline in system, controlling material schedule, planning production lines and production progress.
- Quality Control through Factory visiting and checking, garment inspection and negotiate with partners complying Company manuals/ standard.
- Manage sample progress schedule from develop to bulk production stage.
- Follow shipments from factories to Sales countries through internal system.
. Handling group of business partners (over 5 partners generally), regularly visiting & holding the meetings with suppliers/ partners for business discussion.
. Supervise & coach team members to achieve Company policy & target.
. Be responsible for Team or Division Business, reporting to Managers, Director, Merchandiser and worldwide relevant departments.

- Weekly business trip in or outside VN

■Requirement
Education level：University/College (Bachelor) degree
Language：Business English is mandatory.
of experienced year：At least 7 years’ experience in Production field (Related to Apparel/ Textile/ Garment)
Must
Key experience：Experienced in Merchandiser, Quality Control, Production Management (Apparel, Textile, Garment are preferable)
- Can travel for business by car/airplane to factory in Vietnam, Cambodia,Thailand every week
- Must have experience in Garment (Merchandiser, Quality Assurance or Production Supervisor)
- High level of independent working and leadership with stack holder

- Chinese or Japanese

Mon- Fri：8:00~17:00
