Quality Assurance Senior Executive

Quality Assurance

Monitor, manage, and control the validity and expiry dates of quality documents.
Understand and stay updated on Vietnam regulations related to food quality and documentation.
Ensure all products fully comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Follow up on regulatory programs, tracking files, and internal systems as required.

Supplier Support

Provide consultation and guidance to suppliers to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
Support suppliers in preparing, completing, and submitting required quality documentation.

QC (Store) Support

Ensure quality control procedures at stores are properly implemented.
Work closely with Store QC teams to provide necessary documentation.

Rules & Regulations Compliance

Monitor and guide Merchandisers (MDs) and suppliers to ensure compliance with internal rules and legal requirements.
Comply with all working procedures, internal policies, and company regulations.

Other Responsibilities

Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Education & Knowledge

Solid knowledge of food quality systems and standards such as GMP, HACCP, ISO, 5S, etc.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Food Technology, Food Chemistry, or related fields.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or fresh food receiving/inspection.

Skills & Abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Self- motivated, detail- oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.

Personal Attributes

Honest, enthusiastic, meticulous, and highly detail- focused.
Willing to travel or relocate based on job requirements.
