The Quality Assurance Executive develops and maintains brand standards, ensures compliance through audits, and monitors service quality. Manage guest satisfaction metrics, lead action plans for improvement, and oversee Capex, projects, and facilities management processes.
The role also supports the General Manager on key operational initiatives.
Brand Standards
Create, cultivate and lead the Quality brand standards, guest experience and employee engagement strategies of the hotel.
Lead and instill a culture of quality standards compliance, highest delivery of Guest experience and effective training within the hotel.
Operational Policies, Standards & Policies
Be fully conversant on the hotel operations and work with the operational Head of Departments to oversee process, policies and SOPs of the department.
Lead operation support to continually review and guide renovation to SOPs. Develop SOPs through Process Mapping amongst other tools at the hotel.
Guest Satisfaction
Lead in the collation of data from multiple sources, social reviews, guest comment cards, direct feedback, financial data and other sources of information, analyses, disseminate and work with relevant Department head to propose action plans to mitigate chronic issues and improvements for the long term,
Capex and Projects; Facilities Management
Ensure the Capex budget is used within the capability. Coordinating with the department to use the warranty effectiveness.
Operations Support
Provide support on day- to- day operation and actively work on the development of operational projects assigned by the General Manager. Reporting on the status of each project and achievements made, together with operational areas of concern.

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Capable of interacting positively with both colleagues and guests.
Strong organizational abilities to manage daily tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
Previous experience in a similar role within an upscale hotel or restaurant environment is preferred.
Basic computer skills for operational tasks.
Ability to handle a demanding workload effectively.
