Quality Analyst (QA Night Shift – Moderation) - Attractive Salary And Benefits - Summer Vacation (Paid Days Off And Bonus)

Gear Inc is seeking a QA (Quality Assurance) Officer for our Moderation teams on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the implementation and efficiency of quality.
Main Responsibilities:

Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality systems;
Review the implementation & efficiency of quality and inspection systems;
Plan, conduct & monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure the quality&039;s product;
Investigate customer&039;s claims and non- conformance issues;
Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective action.
Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventative actions;

Personal traits and self- management skills are required to manage unique risks and a fast pace work environment within the Content Moderation industry. Candidates may potentially be exposed to harmful content.
Be detail oriented with strong analytical skills;
Have good communication skills is an advantage;
Proficient in English, particularly in reading and understanding the requirements of foreign clients;
Willingness to handle multi- project;
Able to work on Holidays is preferable.
Prior experience or skills related to Quality Assurance are preferable;
Proficient skills with MS Office and Google Drive;
Knowledgeable in the BPO sector, for example customer support, service analysis, and call center operations;
