QC Manager-Footwear

Review the daily/weekly/monthly KPI data and work out improvement plan as necessary.
Develop production strategy and quality assurance strategy for the company, and communicate and implement it effectively across the production team.
Directly responsible for production monitoring, quality assurance/final inspection, technical issues in production management.
Set budget plan.
Set goals for all the levels in the production team and review with the team members.
Resolve special cases.
Collaborate actively with Planning Director to ensure reasonable factory allocation, taking into consideration of costing, development ability, lead time and production capacity.
Vietnamese speaking is a must.

Shoemaking and AQL knowledge are a must.
Strong reputation for integrity and ethics.
Effective time management skills, communication skills and highly organized.
Able to manage a team globally.
Extensive knowledge of footwear production and supply chain.
