Phối hợp chặt chẽ với BQLDA trong quá trình triển khai thi công, đảm bảo công tác kiểm soát chất lượng công trình xây dựng theo đúng hồ sơ thiết kế, tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật/ Work in close coordination with the PMU throughout the entire construction period to ensure effective quality control of construction works in compliance with the approved design documents and technical standards.
Phối hợp với BQLDA trong các công việc sau/ Coordinate with the PMU in the following tasks:
Công tác chuẩn bị trước thi công / Pre- construction preparation
• Rà soát, kiểm tra hồ sơ thiết kế kỹ thuật trước khi triển khai thi công / Review and verify the technical design documents prior to construction implementation.
• Kiểm tra, rà soát biện pháp thi công cùng BQLDA / Review and verify the construction method with the PMU.
• Tham gia phân tích, đánh giá rủi ro chất lượng và lập kế hoạch kiểm soát chất lượng cùng BQLDA/ Participate with the PMU in analysing and assessing quality- related risks, and in developing the quality control plan.
Kiểm tra và nghiệm thu vật liệu đầu vào / Inspection and acceptance of incoming materials
• Nghiệm thu vật liệu, từ chối hoặc kiến nghị xử lý vật liệu không đạt yêu cầu / Carry out material acceptance, reject or recommend corrective actions for materials that do not meet the required standards
• Kiểm tra chất lượng, chủng loại, chứng chỉ vật liệu và thiết bị theo yêu cầu thiết kế / Inspect the quality, specifications, and certificates of materials and equipment in accordance with the design requirements.
Kiểm tra và nghiệm thu chất lượng thi công / Inspection and acceptance of construction quality
• Đề xuất, phối hợp thực hiện điều chỉnh thiết kế khi phát sinh thay đổi hoặc khi thiết kế chưa phù hợp với thực tế thi công / Propose and coordinate the implementation of design adjustments in case of on- site changes or when the design is not fully aligned with actual construction conditions.
• Theo dõi khắc phục sai sót trong thi công / Monitor the rectification of construction defects.
• Kiểm tra, nghiệm thu chất lượng các hạng mục và công việc thi công theo đúng hồ sơ thiết kế và tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật / Inspect and accept the quality of construction items and work activities to ensure compliance with the approved design documents and technical standards.
• Kiểm tra tuân thủ quy trình kỹ thuật, đề xuất biện pháp thi công cải tiến chất lượng / Check compliance with technical procedures and propose construction methods to improve construction quality.
Nghiệm thu hoàn thành công trình / Completion acceptance of works
• Kiểm tra, đánh giá chất lượng tổng thể từng hạng mục và toàn bộ công trình khi hoàn thành / Inspect and assess the overall quality of each work item and the entire project upon completion.
Công tác an toàn – xử lý sự cố / Safety and incident handling
• Xử lý sự cố công trình / Handle construction- related incidents and coordinate corrective actions.
• Kiểm tra an toàn trong thi công, đánh giá và nhắc nhở tuân thủ an toàn lao động / Monitor construction safety, evaluate compliance with occupational safety regulations, and issue reminders where necessary.
Lập các báo cáo chất lượng hàng tuần/tháng hoặc đột xuất theo yêu cầu của Trưởng phòng Thiết kế / Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad- hoc quality reports as required of the Manager.
