JOB DESCRIPTION
Purpose:
Follow all project issues in relevant level of detail and provide expertise and effort required to resolve them accordingly
Responsible for the overall design of all solutions in IT Landscape, including different IT applications, e.g., SAP Finance/Logistics/Other Modules, MES, SharePoint, and mapping business requirements to systems or technical requirements.
Work alongside Enterprise Architect, Integration Lead, Business Process Experts, Technical Lead, and other team members to deliver the complete solution for the business end- users related to Software Development, Software Customization, and Configuration for all areas
Support Service Manager to manage all support tasks related to Software Development, Software Customization, and Configuration for all areas.
Work with both Service Manager and project team from NGS and CLIENT side to ensure all management activities are processed smoothly.
Responsibility:
Managing CLIENT’s resource requirements between CLIENT and the Service Provider, in accordance with work demands;
Continuously assessing the CLIENT system environment with a view to improving functional processes and moving to automation and efficiency;
Being responsible for the professional work of the team;
In collaboration with subject matter experts and data stewards, defines and implements data strategy, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable
Planning and performing monthly, quarterly, and annual GRC and audit checks.
Participating in the various phases of solution testing and handover in order to facilitate post implementation support;
Play a role as Project/Program/Portfolio manager to control the progress, resources, and quality
Implement new function modules as required
Providing proactive system improvement proposals in alignment with CLIENT business process.
Assisting CLIENT in developing requirements definitions and specifications for project solutions;
Anticipating CLIENT system requirements, planning ahead, establishing priorities to meet project schedules;
Providing guidance to support teams in resolving cross- functional application problems;
Provide assistance in resolving data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and data stewards.
Support Service Manager to deliver periodic project reports and on- demand reports for project PMO and IT Managers.
Research and investigate the new applications or programs from other third parties to define pros and cons in order to propose the suitable solution for implementation in CLIENT
Working closely with CLIENT IT staff and the project team to translate CLIENT&039;s demand into feasible IT projects and solutions;
Providing technical assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching professional and technical staff on complex matters related CLIENT&039;s system functionality.
Communicating effectively across the organizational hierarchy;
Coordinate and cooperate between CLIENT users and other third parties to implement new functions & customized programs in SAP system
Coordinate with other internal and external teams to figure out the integration solution during implementation of improvement
Ensuring technical and functional standards are observed in line with Application best practice guidelines.
Assessing, guiding and advising CLIENT on systems initiatives;
Developing, implementing, customizing, and testing solutions on the Application Systems and developing specific enhancements to meet CLIENT&039;s requirements as needed;
Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.
Researching and implementing innovative ideas, concepts, and technologies for business process improvement.
Handling problems related to CLIENT applications focusing on SAP ECC and SAP BPC system include troubleshooting, monitoring, reconciling which are required to align with ITSM procedure and policy
Ensuring stable business process continuation and improvement.
Participating in the various workshops, forums, committees, and meetings that touch on the respective underlying module;
Providing project leadership function;
Investigate the designed process and current situation to define the pain points and propose the short- term and long- term solutions to improve the operation process;
Limiting risk to CLIENT by providing a stand- in function when a functional consultant is on leave;
Propose the IT Business plan in short- term and long- term periods
Writing and drawing up reports, correspondence, documentation, and presentations
Being ‘in- the- know’ and abreast of system solution offerings and being able to demonstrate benefits of such solutions to CLIENT;
Work with Service Manager to manage the overall support & development function.
Implement solution according CLIENT requirement in alignment with business best practice & other IT applications.
Ensuring that the support function is effectively delivered by planning, assigning supervising work initiatives;
