As the Project Manager at Mirai Labs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth workflow of the team, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving the successful development and implementation of our products. You will work closely with the Product Owner, to create and execute the product roadmap, and actively contribute to game design and feature improvement suggestions. Your experience in the gaming industry, along with your interest in games with blockchain elements, will be essential in this role.
Responsibilities:

Identify lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross- functional teams to ensure effective project execution, track progress, and address any potential issues or risks.
Take an active role in the game design process by providing valuable insights and suggestions. Collaborate with the design team to contribute to the creation of engaging gameplay mechanics, user experiences, and innovative features.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address potential challenges and obstacles to keep projects on track and within scope.
Continuously monitor user feedback and market trends to identify areas for feature improvement. Collaborate with the development team to suggest enhancements and optimizations to existing features, ensuring a positive user experience and driving user engagement.
Work closely with the Product Owner to develop and implement the product roadmap. Collaborate on defining project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
Communicate project status, updates, and deliverables to stakeholders, including the executive team, development team, and other relevant departments. Manage expectations and foster positive relationships with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to establish and maintain high- quality standards for product development. Conduct regular testing and reviews to ensure that products meet or exceed quality expectations.
Streamline and improve the team&039;s workflow to enhance productivity and efficiency. Identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and establish best practices to ensure smooth project execution.
Familiarise yourself with team roles, workflows, and the product value chain.

Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for the gaming industry and staying up- to- date with the latest trends and advancements.
Background or familiarity with blockchain technology is a plus.
Knowledge and passion for game design and mechanics, with the ability to provide valuable suggestions and contributions.
Detail- oriented with a focus on delivering high- quality products within deadlines.
2- 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the game industry.
Strong communication in Vietnamese.
Proficiency in project management software and tools for planning, tracking, and reporting project progress.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams and stakeholders.

Your probationary period is 100% of salary.
