Project Manager (AI / Automation)

* Technology Implementation & Integration
- Work with IT and Maintenance teams to integrate new technologies with existing WMS, IoT, and data platforms.
- Support AI and machine learning initiatives, such as predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, and real- time performance monitoring.
- Ensure smooth system deployment with minimal disruption to operations.
- Lead projects related to automation (robotics, conveyors, AMRs, AS/RS) and smart warehouse systems.
* Data Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Apply predictive and prescriptive analytics to support proactive decision- making.
- Use data analytics and performance metrics to identify process bottlenecks, optimize layouts, and improve material flow.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, productivity, and operational transparency.
* Project Planning & Management
- Manage project budgets, monitor ROI, and control capital expenditures.
- Define project objectives, milestones, deliverables, and timelines aligned with business priorities.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining execution speed and quality.
- Apply Agile or Waterfall methodologies to manage complex, multi- phase projects.
* Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main liaison between internal departments (Warehouse, IT, HR, Finance) and external partners.
- Collaborate with automation vendors, consultants, and service providers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Negotiate and coordinate technical requirements, service levels, and implementation schedules.
* Change Management & Leadership
- Support training and engagement initiatives to help employees adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Promote a culture of innovation, problem- solving, and data- driven decision- making.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, practical terms to non- technical stakeholders.
- Lead cross- functional teams through technological and operational transitions.
* Reporting & Evaluation
- Present project outcomes, ROI analysis, and improvement results to senior management.
- Track and report project performance using KPIs and dashboards.
- Recommend further enhancements or scalability options based on results and feedback.

* Technical Skills
- Data Analytics- Ability to interpret operational data, KPIs, and performance metrics
- AI & Machine Learning Basics- Familiarity with predictive analytics, computer vision, inventory optimization algorithms, and demand forecasting
- Automation Technologies – General Understanding of robotics, conveyor systems, automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs)
- IoT & Sensors- Understanding of connected devices and real- time monitoring systems
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)- Knowledge of how WMS integrates with automation and AI tools
- System Integration- Experience with integrating new technologies into existing warehouse infrastructure
