Project Manager

- Participate in business development such as finding leads, negotiating contracts with customers
- Participate in presale
- Project management for Japanese customers
- Guide, inspect and control projects on the implementation of the Company&039;s Processes/Regulations;
- Support customers for product deployment.
- Reality check the Projects; Evaluate the effectiveness of projects;
- The job holder leads portfolio management by providing support in planning, coordination of financial objectives and deliverables for the portfolio of both traditional projects/initiatives implemented through Waterfall methodology and customer journey digitization initiatives implemented through Agile methodology.

- Project or program management experience in a bank or technology organization including, performance management, IT project implementation.
- Strong experience in performance tracking and management including operating rhythm of performance reviews.
- Willing onsite in Japan or join business trip if necessary
- Strong knowledge and experience in blending traditional project management principles and practices with an Agile development approach in the right proportions to fit large, complex, mission- critical, enterprise- level projects.
- Good command of Japanese (N2 at least)
- Have the ability to be diplomatic, interested and have good communication skills,
- Bachelor’s or Master&039;s degree in Technology, Business or relevant discipline
