Project Management Office (PMO Data Analytics)

Reporting to the Data Analytics Manager, as an AI & Analytics PMO, you will:● Analytics Translator:o Work together with various business units to understand their operation, gather their analytics needs, and data requirements.o Help business leaders identify and prioritize their business problems that analytics is suited to solve.o Synthesize the operational expertise of business units and the technical expertise of data professionals (engineers and analysts) to bring impact at scale to the organization.● AI Transformation & Analytics PMO:o Map business requests and opportunities into AI innovation and analytical initiatives.o Initiate, execute, and evaluate a wide range of AI and analytics POCs/pilots.o Coordinate with AI engineers to develop and deliver technical solutions to production products/solutions.o Act as the Product Owner/Project Manager to lead key AI and analytics projects.

● Excellent English, especially verbal and written communication skills.
● Project management skills: planning, communication, stakeholder management, time and risk management skills.
● BA/BS in Information Management System, Business, Economics, or a related field.
● Prior experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a PMO role is a big plus.
● Experience: 3- 5 years of professional experience, with 1- 3 years working on AI/ML projects
● Technical fluency (must): familiar with data products and solutions available in the market and their applications (e.g., analytics solutions, big data, data structure, GenAI).
● Business acumen (must): extensive domain knowledge of your company and your industry. Also, solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem- solving abilities.
● AI literacy (must): solid knowledge and hands- on experience with generative AI products and tools. Strong capability to use current SOTA foundation models, tools, and platforms for AI applications, automation, and agentic tasks
