Project Management (Chinese/English)

Prepare reports and perform other tasks as assigned by the department manager.
Supervise and manage project cost of goods sold (COGS), support the sales team in pushing purchase orders (PO), acceptance, and payment processes.
Flexibly manage unexpected situations during project implementation at factories in north.
Directly handle issues related to project setup progress, workforce allocation, and technical matters (including workforce quality at the site, customer requirements for setup, and follow- up processes).

Ability to work independently, proactively, and make flexible decisions.
Strong resilience under work pressure.
Experience in automation, electronics.
Proficiency in Chinese (all four skills) and good communication skills in English.
Proven track record in managing projects within manufacturing plants.
