We are looking for a Project Manager who can drive the end- to- end delivery of product initiatives and ensure smooth execution across engineering, product, and business teams. In this role, you will lead delivery planning, track execution, manage dependencies, and ensure that product releases meet timeline, quality, and business expectations. You will act as the central point of coordination, removing blockers, aligning stakeholders, and enabling teams to deliver value consistently.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Coaching: Support and coach project teams to promote self- organization, ownership, and continuous improvement. Foster team maturity and performance growth.
Resource Allocation: Effectively manage project budgets, staffing, and other resources to optimize delivery outcomes.
Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans.
Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet expected quality standards and adhere to best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders (e.g., product owners, designers, marketing) to ensure transparent and aligned communication.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Problem- Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to identify roadblocks and create solutions that enhance team productivity and delivery efficiency.
Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex technical projects.
Agile & Scrum Expertise: Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, with a deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or other relevant frameworks.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification is preferred.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to mediate discussions, resolve conflicts, and engage with diverse teams.
At least 8 years of experience in the software industry, with 5+ years of experience of a Technical Project Management
Tools: Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Miro, or similar platforms.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of technical concepts and methodologies.
