Project Leader

Project Manager/ Leader shall be a part of our professional and dynamic team at Panasonic R&D Center Vietnam, leading key projects with clients worldwide.
The main duties and responsibilities are as follows:
• Adhere to strict delivery schedule with high quality.
• Assign tasks to resources efficiently.
• Provide software proposal, estimation base on project requirement.
• Report project progress, issues, technical solution, etc. to Department Head
• Support project members on technologies and provide solution decisions.
• Communicate with customers for requirement analysis, project plan and project progress.
• Review all project documentation.

Must have

Strong sense of quality and client orientation.
University degree in Software engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics &Telecommunications or related majors.
At least 3- year experience in software development (Mobile/ Web – Frontend, Back- end, Fullstack)
At least 3- year experience in project management.
Experience in project planning, project tracking, requirement management, risk management, quality control and communication management.
Strong experience in development process & manage KPI by CMMI, Agile…
Leadership and Negotiation skill

Nice to have

Able to work under tight schedule.
Experience for project management at Japanese company or work directly with Japanese clients is a great advantage.
Having PMP certification is preferred.
Onsite working experience in Japan is a plus.
