The Job Description
● Fully report daily work to superiors and customers; Fully inform about problems related to team members, projects, customers,...
● Check and confirm tasks are completed before releasing the demo or official version of the product
● Manage work- related files and lists; Manage meeting schedules with customers
● Understand and communicate system requirements from customers to the team as well as support team members in sending questions to customers and monitor and resolve problems.
● Summarize the situation and respond to customers
● Monitor progress and tasks according to the proposed process
● Support superiors in carrying out work- related organizational activities
Your Skills and Experience
● Have 2 years ofexperience related to management and customer support (knowledge/experience in the IT industry is an advantage).
● Good English 4 skills (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or TOEIC 900).
● Ability to organize, arrange, solve problems and work effectively as a team.
● Female candidates are preferred
● Good written and communication skills.
● University graduate majoring in Economics, Foreign Languages, IT or related majors.
● Having knowledge ofproject management is an advantage.
